Every roast dinner needs its roast potatoes. Pretty classic side dish but with so many ways to prepare it. And trust me, I have experimented with so many recipes to find what works the best for me. So here is my version- fluffy and soft inside but with crispy edges.
When I hear a word pesto it is usually Italian pesto Genovese that comes to my mind. Or even red pesto made of sun-dried tomatoes. But I am pretty sure that this little twist with peas is something you will like.
Few days ago when I was planning to visit a friend of mine I was thinking what to bring her. in Slovakia when you are invited to someone´s place it is polite if you bring some food or some bottle of wine. Usually people bake a cake or they just buy some pastry but I always prefered cooking to baking. That’s the reason why I chose a pasta salad. I mean who doesn´t like pasta?
